As a Project Manager for semiconductor hook-up management, you will take charge of planning, implementing, and completing innovative semiconductor hook-up projects, while identifying project risks and working closely with the general contractor. In order to guarantee each project's success, the project manager will also be in charge of detecting risks, coordinating closely with the general contractor, and interacting with pertinent stakeholders. In your new position, you'll: the creation of an extensive project plan that addresses all facet of the semiconductor hook-up tasks, including time, price, and quality requirements, in collaboration with the general contractor the oversight of the proactive administration of all required actions regarding project risks, issues, and dependencies in collaboration and understanding with the general contractor Overseeing and directing high-level project meetings, maintaining communication with all parties involved, and guaranteeing openness and cooperation during the project The analysis and definition of the required infrastructure and human resources, as well as establishing clear roles and responsibilities between the project manager and the general contractor to ensure smooth project execution building a high-performing team by mentoring and coaching team members, such as Basic Supply Engineers, Hook Up Experts, and Ramp Up Experts, while cultivating a good rapport with the general manager and other stakeholders Establishing KPI goals and utilizing the Business Balance Score Card to monitor and adjust project management procedures in order to promote ongoing enhancements ensuring adherence to industry norms and best practices for project management to enable top-notch project execution. 
You're Profile:
In order to effectively lead the general contractor, the project manager should be able to set clear expectations, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with all parties involved. In addition, the Hook Up Manager can promote a culture of cooperation and teamwork by giving regular feedback, coaching, and proactive problem identification and resolution.
